How it works
Mark a service as Zoom
Each service has a location type: in-person, an external link, or Zoom.
Connect a Zoom app
A Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth app (with the meeting:write:admin scope) authorizes StormGecko to create meetings.
A meeting is created on booking
When a Zoom service is booked, a meeting is generated automatically — a unique link for each 1-on-1, or one shared link for a group session.
The link is delivered
The join link appears on the confirmation screen and in the confirmation email, so nobody creates or pastes a Zoom link by hand.
1-on-1 vs group
1-on-1 sessions
A fresh, unique meeting link is created for each individual booking.
Group sessions
One shared meeting link is used for everyone who books the same group session.
Zoom is optional — set the three ZOOM_ keys to switch it on. Without them, services simply use in-person or external-link locations.
